Thank you for booking with Nifty Pro Cleaner! We would like for you to be prepared for your upcoming cleaning so here are a few things that you should know before your appointment:

If you're paying for a flat rate cleaning you will be given the estimated time that your cleaning should be complete in your scheduled appointment. For example: You paid for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom basic cleaning with an estimate of 3 man hours of cleaning. 2 cleaners arrive to clean which means that they will clean for an estimate of 1.5 hours equalling 3 man hours of work. If you are paying for a flat rate as long as the cleaning is still considered a basic cleaning ( not including extra services or deep cleaning) the cleaners continue to clean whether the estimated time is less or more than the flat rate paid.

If you're paying for an hourly rate cleaning you will be given the estimated time that your cleaning should be complete in your scheduled appointment. But, if the hours go over you will be charged for the extra time spent . For example: You paid for a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom basic cleaning at hourly rate with an estimate of 2 man hours of cleaning. 2 cleaners arrive to clean which means that they will clean for an estimate of 1 hours equalling 2 man hours of work. But the cleaning team actually takes 3.5 hours to clean your space. You will be charged for the extra hours if you confirm that it is ok to continue service.

If you are receiving a basic clean: Make sure that clothes and items are pushed to the side and not scattered on the floor. The extra pick will be considered deep cleaning or hourly rate.

Lower your indoor temperature to 65 degrees. As the cleaners clean it gets pretty hot. Working in hot conditions is hazardous and your cleaning may have to be rescheduled if the temperature in your property is too hot or cold.

If you smoke in the house, have a lot of dust, or pet hair, open windows to let home air out before the cleaning team arrives.

Pets should be in a designated area. This is for ours as well as their safety.
\n
\n
\n
\n
If you are not fully vaccinated, keep a mask on while within 6 feet of cleaners. Cleaners will wear PPE at all times.
\n
\n

As long as time is allotted the same day, extra services will be allowed. Extra services are considered as dishes, interior oven, fridge, cabinets, ceiling fans, blind cleaning, windows, etc. You can find the extra services in the client portal, under the ordering service option.

If your home has been freshly painted, air out your home and or have windows open when House Cleaning Techs arrive they are not working in a contaminated environment.

Due to insurance purposes, Utilities must be on and in working order while the cleaning is in progress. If Utilities are off we will not service property and cleaning will have to be rescheduled. This is not limited to flooding due to plumbing issues.
