Payments

All payments for sessions must be made or discussed prior to the start of any sessions.

Private Training

Changes to private sessions can be modified until 24 hours prior to the scheduled training. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for the session. Please be aware, Cassidy does train when it rains. If you want to cancel due to poor weather conditions, notify us ASAP so we can use the time slot another way. If we cancel due to dangerous weather conditions, we will reschedule you ASAP or refund your payment for that session.

Small Group Training

Group sessions must be prearranged by the interested parties prior to start date. In small group training if ⅓ of the group cannot participate on a given date we will offer reschedule options.

Large Group Training

When we offer large group sessions, they are ideally made up of a group of 10+ players. In years previous, we have been flexible with prorating, no shows, etc but due to a higher demand we ask that if you sign up for a space to please make sure that you’re able to come to (most or all) of it. Your registration is a commitment to participate. We’re offering full session packages (8) and ½ session packages (4). This helps us plan ahead and have a better understanding of who to expect when Cassidy goes into training.

Missed sessions

A no show by a participant is at the cost of the participant. If you know in advance that you will miss a scheduled session, we’re happy to work with you. We understand that illnesses and injuries happen and we will give consideration to requests to reschedule due to them.

Session bundles DO expire 4 months after the intial booking. Please make sure to use any sessions you have left on credit prior to that date. We do not offer refunds on sessions that are not used!
