My friend introduced me to Zhanna. I’ve never experienced coaching before
I’ve been thinking of it for a while and what attracted me to Zhanna is her personality.

I opted for her coaching services right after our first conversation. She was listening and asking questions, and how she was fully present and engaged in the conversation made me attracted to her and it inspired me to get a coaching session with her. I felt like I can gain a lot.

During our session it was so easy, no judgment, and it felt safe to open up with her and go deeper. I could speak with her about everything!

I told her about my obstacles that were holding my progress in business and in my personal relationships and I recognized some of my old patterns.

Coaching on parenting, self-discovery.

На сессию к Жанне пришла с запросом про тревожность у ребенка. На сессии разобрали прежде всего мое состояние, как родителя, и в итоге оказалось, что моя тревожность тоже сверх нормы. Разобрали причины. И сейчас мне это помогает держать фокус на стабильном состоянии. Пришло более ясное понимание, что я как родитель, уже очень многое делаю правильно, а это само по себе снижает уровень тревоги. Также сессии помогли мне понять более глубинные истоки этого состояния. И не только понять, но и прожить, принять, прочувствовать. Для меня загадка, как это удалось сделать на сессии , но у мне ушел внутренний зажим, как я его называю, внутренняя скованность; получилось выдохнуть и перейти на другой уровень понимания себя.

На самом деле я долго решалась на сессию, потому что был негативный предыдущий опыт с терапевтом где было осуждения меня, меня i моих действий. В данном случае ещё больше спасибо за принятие.

Oчень много играет невербальное общение. Nапример, мне очень комфортно общаться, когда вы периодически задавали вопрос : «можно я вас ещё спрошу вот это и это…» Здесь, наверное, про ощущения границ, и про уважение к человеку, с которым происходит диалог. Такая бережная распаковка, я бы сказала. Спасибо.
